X-Archive is part of the eBusiness Suite service package, where the electronic archive is part of the entire organization's digitized business. Our selection includes tools from document management and appointment services to project management and electronic signing, so whatever your needs may be, our services make electronic archiving a part of controlled, secure, and digitized workflow.
Electronic archive for professional needs
For long-term and secure archiving. The archive maintains the integrity of various records including, but not limited to, patient records, financial information, personnel management and building supervision materials, as well as records of proceedings in case management.
Segregated virtual archives
Different access rights and information criteria (search criteria, public vs. private, destruction rules, etc.) can be created for different archives. This significantly eases information and data protection management.
Custom interface for metadata management
Metadata can be added in bulk during migrations, which allows the materials to be fully metadata-tagged in the archive.
SÄHKE2-certified
X-Archive meets the requirements for long-term preservation and for the transfer to a centralized permanent preservation system.
Easy lifecycle management
The system automatically provides a list of documents to be destroyed based on the end of the retention period of the documents. The system automatically creates a permanent destruction list of preserved items, from which the SÄHKE2-compliant information on destroyed items is available. This way, the organization has proof of the destruction.
Information can be found quickly
The service features an efficient and convenient free text search, in addition to which the information sought can be narrowed down with various search criteria. In addition to the content of documents, all metadata are also searchable, making it easy to find the information you need from the service.
Convenient information sharing
Facilitates information services: When a customer requests information, it can be easily found and conveniently shared
Quick to integrate
X-Archive can be integrated into any HR, case management, or other system, allowing the systems to directly send documents to the service through an interface.
Secure archiving
With the X-Archive electronic archive, an organization can demonstrate the immutability and integrity of the materials to be preserved. An electronic stamp is formed on the materials at the time of storage, and the information is archived in a read-only format: it can be searched, viewed, and shared, but can no longer be edited.
