2022 was another year of growth for us. Our business in Finland and its profitability developed very well: our turnover in 2022 was around EUR 85 million and EBITDA was 18% of turnover. The growth compared to the previous year was around 16%.
Salesforce consulting on the upswing
Our Salesforce Consulting showed the fastest growth, with an increase of over 50% compared to the previous year. The international twoday Group's turnover grew to €326 million, up 14% from the previous year.
Our headcount also grew significantly in 2022. At the end of 2022, our Finnish company had 621 employees. This represents an increase of 17% compared to the previous year.
Commitment to the investment program shows trust
At the end of 2022, we also launched an employee investment program, through which all our employees have the opportunity to buy shares in our company under certain conditions.
